Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which Redline Futures Funding will issue refunds for subscription fees and account purchases. By purchasing our services, you agree to this policy.

2. Standard Billing Refunds

2.1 First Month Refund

For Standard Billing plans ($87/month for $50K, $147/month for $100K):

• Eligible for refund: First monthly payment within 14 days of purchase if NO trades have been placed
• Refund amount: Full subscription fee minus any processing fees
• Processing time: 5-10 business days to original payment method

2.2 Subsequent Months

• All subsequent monthly payments are non-refundable
• You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No pro-rated refunds for partial months

3. Activation Billing Refunds

For Activation Billing plans ($47/$97 monthly + $129 activation fee):

3.1 Initial Subscription

• First monthly payment refundable within 14 days if NO trades placed (same as Standard)
• Subsequent monthly payments are non-refundable

3.2 Activation Fee

• Non-refundable: The $129 activation fee is non-refundable once paid
• This fee is charged when you pass the evaluation and activate your funded account
• Payment of this fee indicates acceptance of funded account terms

4. Instant Funding Refunds

For Instant Funding plans ($327 for $50K, $437 for $100K):

• Non-refundable: Instant Funding purchases are completely non-refundable
• This is because you receive immediate access to a funded trading account
• No exceptions regardless of trading activity

5. Conditions for Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund (where applicable), you must meet ALL of the following conditions:

• Request made within 14 days of initial purchase
• NO trades have been placed on the account
• Account has not been used for platform access or data feed consumption
• No rule violations or terms of service breaches
• Account in good standing

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following are NEVER refundable:

• Activation fees ($129)
• Instant Funding purchases
• Any subscription payment after the first month
• Payments where trades have been placed
• Accounts terminated for rule violations
• Processing fees or transaction costs

7. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund (if eligible):

2. Provide your account email and order number
3. State the reason for refund request
4. Allow 3-5 business days for review
5. If approved, refund will be processed within 5-10 business days

8. Cancellation Policy

8.1 How to Cancel

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard
• Cancellation can also be requested through Discord support
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period

8.2 After Cancellation

• Access to funded accounts is revoked upon subscription cancellation
• Evaluation account access ends at the end of the billing period
• No refund for unused time in the current billing period
• Outstanding payout requests may be processed if eligible

9. Chargebacks

Important: Filing a chargeback before contacting us may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all account access and pending payouts. We encourage you to contact support first to resolve any issues.

• Unauthorized chargebacks will result in permanent ban
• We reserve the right to dispute invalid chargebacks
• Legal action may be pursued for fraudulent chargebacks

10. Exceptions

We reserve the right to make exceptions to this refund policy at our sole discretion. Exceptions may be granted in cases of:

• Platform technical failures preventing service use
• Billing errors or duplicate charges
• Other extraordinary circumstances as determined by management

11. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
